Florida Panther National Wildlife Refuge

Today we spent the day at Save the Panther Open day at Florida Panther National Wildlife Refuge. This was a free event that we found on their website while we were looking for places to camp, and huge shoutout to them!! It was amazing!! We got a quick shuttle to the gate then a swamp buggy ride in. We got to do archery 🏹 (not Col yet as his arm is still healing), a 45 minute swamp buggy ride through the refuge with biologist Mark and a rattlesnake telemetry talk. There was also stalls set up with info on local wildlife including a pet boa constrictor. We also got a free cookout lunch (burger, drink and cookie). You can see more here... . Thank you for such a great educational day 😊
